◢ DESCRIPTION

TYF-DB-TB-7 Large Format Slab Centipede Workbench (6,8,9,10,12,15,18 Legs) - OEM & ODM Solutions for Bulk Buyers | Ideal for Tiling, Cutting, and Laying | Factory Direct Pricing

1. Heavy-Duty Stainless Steel Construction
Built from premium stainless steel, the DTYF-DB-TB-7 resists rust, corrosion, and wear — ideal for wet tile-cutting environments and outdoor job sites. Unlike aluminum alternatives, it delivers superior strength without compromising longevity.

2. Impressive Load Capacity up to 1,800 kg
With load ratings ranging from 600 kg (6-leg) to 1,800 kg (18-leg), this workbench easily supports large-format porcelain slabs, stone panels, and heavy construction materials. The 10-leg model alone handles 1,000 kg — more than enough for most slab-handling tasks.

3. Ultra-Compact Foldable Design
Folds down to as small as 18×12×100 cm (6/9/12/15-leg models) for easy transport and storage. The included carry bag makes it effortless to move between job sites. Set up and tear down in minutes — no tools required.

4. Versatile Configurations for Every Job Size
Available in 7 configurations (6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 15, or 18 legs), allowing you to choose the exact work surface area and capacity your project demands. From small bathroom renovations to large commercial installations, there’s a model that fits.

◢FAQ
What is the maximum slab size this workbench can support?
The extended size varies by model. The largest configuration (18-leg) extends to 119 × 286 cm, while the 15-leg model reaches 119 × 230 cm. For standard large-format slabs (120×240 cm or smaller), the 12-leg model (119×175 cm) or above is recommended. Always ensure the slab’s edges are fully supported by the legs.
Can I use this workbench outdoors or in wet conditions?
Yes. The entire frame is made of stainless steel, which naturally resists rust and corrosion. This makes the DTYF-DB-TB-7 perfectly suited for outdoor tiling jobs, wet cutting stations, and humid environments where ordinary steel workbenches would deteriorate over time.
How much weight can each model actually hold safely?
Each configuration is rated for a specific maximum load:
6 Legs--600 kg
8 Legs--800 kg
9 Legs--900 kg
10 Legs--1,000 kg
12 Legs--1,200 kg
15 Legs--1,500 kg
18 Legs--1,800 kg
These are static load ratings. For dynamic loads (cutting, grinding on top), we recommend staying within 70% of the rated capacity.
Is it easy to carry to different job sites?
Absolutely. All models fold into a compact package — the 6-leg model folds to just 18 × 12 × 100 cm and weighs only 3 kg. Even the heaviest 18-leg unit (10.1 kg) folds to 36 × 18 × 100 cm. Every set includes a carry bag with handles, so you can transport it in any vehicle and store it in tight spaces when not in use.
Does it require assembly or tools to set up?
No tools needed. The centipede-style scissor linkage design allows you to unfold and lock the workbench into position in seconds. Simply extend the legs to your desired width, and the frame self-stabilizes. When you’re done, fold it back down and slip it into the carry bag. It’s designed for rapid deployment on busy job sites.
Which model should I choose for my needs?
It depends on the type of work you do:
6–9 legs (600–900 kg): Small to medium residential projects, bathroom/kitchen tile work
10–12 legs (1,000–1,200 kg): Standard large-format slabs (120×240 cm), most professional tilers’ go-to choice
15–18 legs (1,500–1,800 kg): Extra-large slabs, stone panels, commercial projects, or when using the bench as a multi-purpose workstation with additional equipment on top
